Very unprofessional service Made me pay for an assessment when it should be covered by RACV and wouldn’t release my car When a tow truck arrived to get my car they were very difficult too deal with
I was stuck with a tyre valve leak just 2 mins away. Couldn't drive to them. Wanted to charge ~$165 call out fee + around $40 for the valve. I acknowledge vendors can set their own prices, but this pricing in this context seemed predatory
