I was in an accident. Murphy's promptly sent a wreaker. Frame & alignment work done within a weeks time. The body work also done in a timely manner.
I contacted Murphys Frame and Axle to do work on my Supension on my RV ,that was 4 weeks ago . After talking with them once a week and getting a bunch of reasons why they couldn't get me in , not enough workers ( vacations) to get to look at my problem. Finally 7 days ago they agreed to come out and look at the job and get a estimate , they were going to "come out this afternoon ,will you be around " nobody showed up !
