Ordered a bagel during lunch hour and waited 30 minutes to receive my bagel. While waiting the gentleman who placed my order was aware of my wait time and let me know breakfast items take longer. I took a bite of my bagel it tasted funny and when I looked inside my bagel I realized it was because I had take a bite of moldy cream cheese. Muffins on display also had mold on them. I reported this to the gentleman who took action by throwing away the moldy display muffin. Never eating here again.
They keep messing up my order! They charge extra for ham and cheese, so I pay the extra $2, I get my sandwich thinking I got what I ordered, and when I get to my desk, the extra stuff I ordered is not even there. This is not the first time it happened! One time I got JUST ham and cheese but nothing else in the sandwich
Always a terrible experience. Go for breakfast, bacon is burned and eggs are watery. Burritos are soggy. I had a fruit cup with mold. Oatmeal that was just oats in water. Go for lunch and your panini is so wet, the bread disintegrates. So many more examples. It's honestly mind blowing. The staff is always super sweet but the cooks obviously aren't cooks. these are some very simple menu items that are done confusingly terrible. Is there no one supervising or maybe no one cares? idk.
