3/29/2024: Purchased a ready-made sandwich. It had no expiration date on it. Should have asked. When I opened it, the lettuce and tomato were brown. Cost was $8+. Seriously. Called number for service at coffee bar. Wait 5+ minutes for attendant to arrive. Coffee served was cold.
With new owners it has gone down hill they own the coffee shop as well. They're a husband and wife duo who has decided to cut back on portions and hike up prices. We've all noticed how this has changed. The coffee shop as well I asked for almond milk I pay the difference and they still use regular milk. They've lost so much business they're now cutting hours from their employees. How about fixing the food and customer service so you can increase the money coming in? That's food for thought...
