Pete did an absolutely amazing job and even helped us out a bit with our move - wouldn't take anything for it, just said he was happy to help. I can't recommend a better experience and I wish Pete all the best for his kindness. If he alone is a wholesome representation of Murphy's, I will gladly recommend them to anyone. I've also had great interactions booking with Stephanie, setting up the work. They are great people, and do good work.
We hired Murphys to clean our carpets after we closed on our home and before we moved in. So all rooms were empty. Not only was the strong smell still there, even though we paid for smell removal but the few stains that were on the carpet were not removed at all. We used our own carpet shampooer after they did their job and removed the stains ourselves. So unimpressed with the job we will not recommend to anyone.
Murphys carpet cleaning came out right away and did a fantastic job cleaning the oil footprints out of our red carpet in our art room. Very happy. Thanks alot. Roger Hansen. Montana Fur Trading Co.
