Amazing service. The front counter guys are always warm and willing to help figure out what my car needs. 230k miles and running strong. The eve helped me with a rental car when my car had to be there for two days.
Do not use these Jokers unless it's an emergency and no other options exist. They are not professional, have no working definition of accountability and change their stories more often than school children.
I had Murphy's suggested to me by my mechanic in Tucson as the best place in Beavercreek and I've never been sorry that I've gone here as I've used them almost exclusively for almost 6 yrs. The staff are very friendly, the manager frequently comes out and asks how I like the service, and they send me an email after every appt to allow me to rate them so they can improve their service.
