Jack is a man of integrity. He's honest, reliable and won't try to sell you anything you don't really need. One time, when he barely knew me, I went to pick up my car at closing time on a Friday and the bill wasn't ready. He said "don't worry about it, just come back some time next week." Can count on them Murphy is a mechanic that you can totally trust. I have referred at least 6 of my friends to him and everyone feels the same way.
very slow, had to bring my car back multiple times for the same problem- did not fix what i asked. horrible service. they do not finish your car in a timely manner and make you bring your car back multiple times. i left them a note with my key of what i wanted fixed and they completely ignored my request. also- i told them to call me to approve any work before they start and they did not do so. unacceptable service!
