I had the pleasure and privilege of dealing with Lucy and Dave while visiting family in Renfrew 2 weeks ago. I heard an unsettling noise coming from my front wheel. I called 5 garages, 4 of which couldn't take me. I left a message at Murphy's. Within the hour Lucy called me back and they saw me an hour later. Dave was busy but took the time to take my car for a ride and put it up on the hoist to take a look. Half an hour later, I was handed my keys and told that there was no charge. Just speaking for customer service of the receptionist, I called this morning to inquire about my car, after being on hold for 10 min, no exaggeration, I understand it can be busy. Once the lady came back to the phone she was nothing but short and rude. I stated I was inquiring about my vehicles A/c before I even finished i got a " we arnt doing A/C work, call canadain tire or a dealership" and hung up on me. As a first time customer I required a major repair of my Sabura SUV. I received the best service ever! Dave is very Knowledgeable and all work was explained to me in advance, completed in a timely manner and priced as promised. No surprises! Staff are so helpful and friendly, Lucy is a gem! So nice to deal with a business you can relive on! I will continue to be a loyal customer.
