Incredible staff and service! I was a first time customer that brought in a Ram 1500 Classic for some issues regarding the fuel system. They went above and beyond with their investigation, and took the time to explain everything very clearly to me. I'm extremely happy with the whole experience and cannot recommend them enough!

I had the pleasure and privilege of dealing with Lucy and Dave while visiting family in Renfrew 2 weeks ago. I heard an unsettling noise coming from my front wheel. I called 5 garages, 4 of which couldn't take me. I left a message at Murphy's. Within the hour Lucy called me back and they saw me an hour later. Just speaking for customer service of the receptionist, I called this morning to inquire about my car, after being on hold for 10 min, no exaggeration, I understand it can be busy. Once the lady came back to the phone she was nothing but short and rude. I stated I was inquiring about my vehicles A/c before I even finished i got a " we arnt doing A/C work, call canadain tire or a dealership" and hung up on me.
