Scott, the owner, was very responsive and kind. The dispatcher was helpful and quick to contact owner for us. He and his employee Cody had to tow our truck and our RV. We were stranded on 281 with our dog. We are grateful for their efficient response and professionalism. Thank you for all your help Scott and Cody

Terrible customer service. The drivers are polite. The issue I had was with the lady that answers the phone. My car had to be towed today, I had 5 of my children with me and was waiting for my grandparents to come pick us up, they got lost. I was told I had a 10 minute window by the driver. The lady called me and was so rude, told me I was wasting their time and they were busy and I would have to call back and most likely have it towed tomorrow. There was no compassion. DO NOT USE!!! RUDE and unreliable . If I could leave ZERO stars I would. The dispatcher for this company was rude and hung up on me and left my 21 year old daughter stranded after AAA called in the tow. We were told they would send the tow truck in 45 minutes. 2 hours later my daughter was still stuck without a tow. When we spoke to the dispatch lady she was rude and lectured me about the time frame and said that AAA never gives the correct time.
