DO NOT USE!!! RUDE and unreliable . If I could leave ZERO stars I would. The dispatcher for this company was rude and hung up on me and left my 21 year old daughter stranded after AAA called in the tow. We were told they would send the tow truck in 45 minutes. 2 hours later my daughter was still stuck without a tow. When we spoke to the dispatch lady she was rude and lectured me about the time frame and said that AAA never gives the correct time. I suddenly and unexpectedly had a major breakdown on the side of the road, and Steven from Murphy’s 24 wrecker came to tow us. It was on a Sunday when everything was closed. He was unbelievably friendly, kind, and courteous. I would highly recommend!
