The service and product quality are excellent. We really appreciated their large showroom that allowed you to see and test the possible options - from cabinet styles, to mattress options, etc… Lisa was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. She even drove out to our home to measure our rooms and help us decide on the final configuration before we decided to order. Horrible experience going into the showroom. The woman working front desk was beyond rude and did not want to help at all. She acted like we were a nuisance interrupting her day and would disappear anytime we asked a question. When asking buying questions, like “how do I buy one?” She said “well when you’re ready to buy we can write up a quote”. Bottom line we bought one same day from somewhere else. For the cost of Murphy beds these days, you’d expect better attitude and service.

Bought a cabinet bed from them. Steve and Lisa were great to work with. The bed is a solid piece of furniture. The quality is excellent, should last for years. Very happy with the purchase.
