I’m giving this 4* mostly for the customer service, they were excellent over phone and email. The install experience and $$$ was a 3*. The cost, however, between the bed and other materials combined with the time to install properly (12-15 hours) made the project untenable. I wouldn’t recommend this to someone who doesn’t have a full array of tools, time, a willing and handy helper and a completely level floor/wall/box. I think for the price along with the time invested, I would have gone a different direction in hindsight.

The bed was delivered quickly and with no damage. Our installer had a few problems with the instruction booklet, but he's very experienced and figured out what to do. The bed works perfectly. We are extremely pleased.

Got a shipment in about a week, all items were included, no missed parts. Took less than two days to assemble a vertical bed with side cabinets. I would not recommend assembling it alone, but it's doable, I was able to do it - luckily I had a proper-height rubber padding to raise the front panel. Funny thing, the most troubling part was not the bed, but installing metal sleeves into the cabinets. They bend really fast

My wife and I recently remodeled a small 3rd bedroom into a more dedicated office area for her. The bedroom set we had in the room took up too much space, so a Murphy bed was the best solution for occasional guests. After researching many different products, we settled on Murphy Wall Beds as the best choice for product materials, finish, and financing.
