This purchase was everything we expected , good materials and aesthetically pleasing. You do have to assemble it and after 3 hours I hired a handy man, too much work for me.
Great experience from start to finish. Both from ordering in to getting it delivered to my house and the eventual installation. Shout out to Miranda for assisting with the final touches of the project.
Highly disappointing. Production took months longer than they stated, after calling for an update we discovered they “forgot” to even start production until we notified them. Customer service was no help, giving us the run around every single time. When the product actually arrived the quality was highly disappointing for the cost. The finish they charge enormously for is just a thin veneer and the set up is poor-the pre drilled holes for the handles don’t even match up nor fit any standard handles. It's together and it looks beautiful! We had one issue with the left front panel of the bed front. It had some serious swirls in the wood that didn't show up until after we stained it. We had to sand it back down and redo it but it now looks great and we are lucky that it blends with the other panel. Time consuming but it looks great, just a couple little details to take care of.
What a great experience all around. Started with calling them directly to get a few questions answered. Was greeting with one of the nicest Customer Service team member I've dealt with in a very ling time. After the call, I placed my order. Within a short period of time, the bed arrived.
