Drew was literally in the bathroom almost twenty minutes on his phone while customers were waiting. I attempted to stop two people from Pickering merchandise in this time. No apology after a second knock on the bathroom to inform him customers were backed up, leaving, and items were being stolen. How unprofessional.
I have just had the worse experience I have had in a long time at any establishment. Fist off, the manager Tonya is so incredibly rude, completely unprofessional, and does not need to be working anywhere regarding customer service. I went there today and made a purchase of $7.02. The cashier was very nice and rang me up normally. I paid with my debit card and had to use the chip part of the credit machine. The machine said it had been approved and I headed back to my car...
