Grouchy staff that makes you stand around and wait
I called Murphy Tractor looking for a hard to find heavy equipment part. Their representative went the extra mile to locate it and give me a quote and delivery options. Great service!
EDIT: I gave them a 5 star review but I decided to knock it down The customer service is good but, they overcharge by 30-40% from what the John Deere Suggested price is on their website. That's garbage if you ask me. It seems to be getting worse it used to be 10-20% the last few times it was 40% more. Good guys, top notch customer service. I'm just a guy with a few machines not a big corporate account but everyone I have talked to there has been very helpful.
