Called to see if they worked on the smaller JD tractors like 1025R. Gentleman said they do not but asked me what the problem was. I told him and he actually walked me through several things to try to fix the problem. We did this for at least 10 or 15 minutes. His help convinced me that it wasnt something I could fix and needed to take it to an authorided JD dealer. You dont find many business people willing to give you free advice these days. Kudos to this gentleman.
