Alright, so enough time has passed and luckily for me the memories havnt faded. I was hired by Murphy Tractor through a third party recruiter in 2023. When I started, they had hired another lady we will call her "V", she had absolutely zero experience in parts what so ever. Do not let them work on your equipment.
Would not recommend these guys changing a light bulb. Had a talk with John Deere yesterday about them and was told we were not the only people to file an official dealer complaint. Their customer service is horrendous, and I truly don’t think their service manager knows anything about how to work on equipment. They will not tell you the right price up front they’ll lie and manipulate you with their pricing and then. Hit you with a much larger bill. Would avoid this place at all cost and spend your money somewhere else.
Seems others had same problem with rudeness and unfair and deceptive practices. I think the guys at Midas could do a better job. Place is a joke
