Agreed on a repair price for a backhoe repair. After the parts in, they said the parts didn't work. The new repair was going to be 4x more than the original quote. I now have to pay thousands for no repair. To add insult to injury, the service manager was complaining to me about how many "unbillable hours" they had double checking their work. (They still managed make money though, I'm sure). We trusted their recommendations for repair, they failed, and we were left with a big bill and no backhoe.
