Bought two brand-new machines and attachments from Groff Tractor and was shocked when they charged me for repairs that should have been covered under warranty. Service was unresponsive, and left me out-of-pocket while my equipment sat idle. Sales staff were unhelpful and pushy, offering poor guidance and failing to address concerns. Very disappointed — would not recommend until they fix their customer service and honor warranties. If you want poor service and like loosing money. This is your place.
Scum of the earth…. I was quoted $2,900+ dollars for an oil change on a 20yr old skid steer that’s barely worth $10k lol. The highest I was quoted for the parts for this service was $460 from THEIR PARTS DEPARTMENT LOL. It books as a 2.9 hr service. I also got quotes from three of their competitors for the same services in the highest was 1300 bucks including all of the parts and labor stay away. Stay safe.
