Went automatically wash. Only sprayed half vehicle with soap then shut off. No rinse or spray wax. No clerk. Phone number disconnected. Lost this customer 😑
It's not like it used to be. This place is terrible now. Too expensive and owner doesn't repair anything. My car was still dirty leaving so I went to Carbondale. Such a shame to have to go to another town to get a car wash when I could support ours economically. "Murphy No Pride Car Wash"
I specifically wanted the undercarriage wash, which was $12. The undercarriage function didn’t work. I spoke to the owner on the phone. He made no offer of apology or any offer to make it right. He simply took an argumentative tone and saiid mechanical things break. I have since learned that many folks have had similar experiences.
More pressure would be nice
