I just moved to the area and found Murphy pet Hospital for my dog, it has been an amazing experience. Dr. Henken is so lovely and so patient we did a procedure for our dog, which was very smooth and they do great follow up and they’re very available for any questions. I highly highly recommend.
UPDATED REVIEW JANUARY 2026: This practice has sadly gone downhill. We had been patients since 2018 with our first dog. We got a new puppy in 2025, and took her into Murphy Pet Hospital a few times. Our last visit, sadly with the guest vet, had zero patience with our nervous puppy, and physically forced her into the positions the vet wanted her in, scaring the puppy enough to wet herself (twice!). While the hospital is very swanky and the service very slick, the actual substance/quality of the medical advise was pathetic. We took our golden retriever here as he had red skin and displayed symptoms of allergies. The doctors here looked at him and told us that he has "allergies". When asked to what he is allergic to, they told us it's environmental and that nothing can be done. Last year you *accidentally* broke my dog's toenail. This year, you mess up the appointments.
I came in with a prescription for prescription dog food from my vet, they refuse to fulfill unless they examine the pet. I offered to share full vet visit summary and prescription and they insisted on seeing the pet to just fill the prescription and sell at their desired cost for it. It feels money gauge-y. Don’t recommend them based on this interaction. A vet should not solely prioritize making money.
