The office secreterary has zero personable skills and is just nasty to speak with. They give you a 3 hour window when their going to show up. Mine was 9-12 and I bring my kid to school at 9 and then right back home by 9:10. We'll what's the odds their going to be here exactly at 9. We'll sure enough he was and could he wait a few minutes to see if someone was going to be here. Nope off he went. I drove through my door. I was very upset. I called their office and the girl who answered the phone was very helpful. They sent someone over that day. Luckily they had a door in stock and was able to replace it the next day!
Recently I called Murphy Overhead Doors and told the lady over the phone I heard a loud bang in my garage and now was unable to get my door open, she explained that I must have a broken spring and she would send someone over right away. The gentleman arrived with in the hour and repaired what turned out to be a broken spring. As well he oiled my door and checked out all the other components, very thorough!!! I am extremely satisfied with the promp and professional service and would recommend this company to anyone.
Wish I could give 0 stars. First they showed up and did not properly fix the garage door. They never bothered to check to see if the remote would work from the outside. Then after I called to tell the completely RUDE office secretary about the problem, she told me they would get to me "next time they were in my area." Ummm, last time I checked, you didnt do the job correctly the first time, shouldn't you be trying to get someone out to my home immediately? I've never written a review before (seriously, on anything!) but I wanted to give a shout out to this company and let anyone looking them up how awesome they are. Great service, great prices and NICE people.
