Horrible and arrogant service manager Chuck Connor. Would not honor factory warranty or extended warranty. Told me to take car back to Ruston,La where we bought it from. Have in the last couple of days had a dozen people tell me the same thing, they have all either swapped to another brand or another dealership. Do not use this dealership, with times as tight and hard as they are you would think that service would be important. Stay way away from this point.

we bought a 2010 jeep liberty from there and it is a POS. They wont honor the recalls that are on the vehicle. I got a chewing jout for putting power steering fluid in it. it has started smoking, the lifters are tapping but they told me NOT to raise the hood to check anything or add any fluid to the motor. I mean wtf am i supposed to do let it blow up and then they claim its not covered because i didnt check anything because they told me not to.
