Nice lady in office however the unloading process was horrible

The guy in the front office give me a dock a forgot about me I walked in, and there was a lady there very professional very nice
Please no one come here for delivery only one lady talk nice and other management talk very rude i just ask how long u take unload me and they said if u ask me again we take wild i m checkin 7 Am still. 12:30 no one unload me
My trucking experience = Awesome Had a pick up at 10am got there at 6:45am guy came out told me to back onto dock and where to go at 7am. Check in at office at 7am was smooth and easy also staff was professional. Got paperwork told to wait for green light then I’m good to go. Loading was quick All in all great job at this location and being professional. Well done 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽
