I’ll be honest with this. I am a tenant. I’ve dealt with Murphy law group as I had a wretched landlord who violated my tenant rights repeatedly. Murphy law group will represent ANYONE and they are ruthless. But my landlords tactics were too illegal for Murphy Law to continue representing him. So they get a 3
This is the second time I hired Murphy Law Group. The first time was about seven years ago with Tim Murphy. He successfully negotiated a settlement with an unhappy tenant. This time I engaged Peter Tinsley with more complicated matter. Let’s face it, most Portland Lawyers are terrified of Multnomah courts and judges and don’t want to take anything but no brainer process cases. Horrible law firm, Tim served me a bunch of eviction notices based on lies, and instead of doing any research on their own they just believed my landlord. I was able to prove that everything she said was a lie with documents to support. Extremely unprofessional I have filed a complaint with the Oregon State Bar. DO NOT USE!!
