Matt took on a WC case under the contract of fees to be paid by the insurer, then law office took 20% from both client and insurer after negating termination claim, in effect double-dipping into the medical settlement in a clandestine and underhanded way, and mitigating the real reason to hire an experienced WC law office. Cant do anything about it now: just pissed, no recourse, no customer service. Can only warn others. Pick someone else who'll fight for you.
