An absolutely terrible attorney. He claims experience that he does not have. He is passive and lets the other side set the tone and determine the direction of the case. He was afraid of saying anything that he thought might annoy the judge. He represented me in two concurrent cases and was a disaster in both of them. He is not honest, saying that he contacted many of my suggested 43 witnesses, other than my assistant and accountant, and actually contacting none.
