My wife's diamond was lost from the setting in one of her favorite rings. I brought it into Murphys in Whitehall, just a few days before Christmas hoping for a quick turn around, realizing it was likely wishful thinking. With Sarah's help my wife's Christmas was extra special. All of the sales persons were pleasant and filled with cheer, even the security guard. What a wonderful experience.
