My experience at Murphy Jewelers has been exceptional!!! I am always greeted at the door like family! Diane, Sara and Tony completely answer any questions I may have, and they’ve even helped me surprise my mother with a very special gift! I am truly grateful to them, and would highly recommend their expertise with any purchase! So thankful that a business like this still exists…where customers and sales associates become like family!
Exceptional Service from a Stellar Team! I had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing a timepiece at this Murphy Jewelers, all thanks to Tony, Bob, and Scott. Tony the General Manager, sets a fantastic tone for the entire store; he was incredibly welcoming from our first meeting and ensured I was taken care of from start to finish. Bob shared his expertise, explaining the craftsmanship before presenting the timepiece to me. Stopped in today to get a battery change for my wife’s watch, Sarah took care of us incredibly quickly, and even didn’t charge us! We have a many great experiences here with bob and Tony as well for the their Rolex boutique!
