Diane and Liam really helped me out. Over the past year, Diane has been consistently updating me about the watch I was hoping to get, she’s been incredibly patient and transparent throughout the whole process. Recently, due to a role change, she introduced me to Liam. Liam was just as friendly and patient, and today he helped my family finally secure the watch. I truly appreciate both of them and the effort they put in to make this happen!

Yesterday, my husband and I decided to get out in the snow and head to the Lehigh Valley Mall. We love watches so we made a pit stop at Murphy’s for the first time. I was greeted warmly by Sarah who pointed us in the right direction and made us feel right at home. We decided to check out the Rolex section before making any decisions and I’m so happy we did! Ellen at Murphy Jewelers did such an amazing job helping me redesign my wedding and engagement ring. She was personable, knowledgeable, and was full of great ideas to help me achieve the look I wanted for my rings while keeping my budget in mind. She made the whole experience enjoyable and gave me honest advice. I’m so happy with the overall experience and can’t wait to start wearing my rings again!
