I have had a long relationship with Dr. Murphy. I have found him to be attentive and concerned with my well being. He takes time to listen to my concerns and is responsive when I have questions or requests via the patient portal. Granted, there is usually a wait at appointment time, but that is because he spends as much time as needed with you during your visit. He doesn't rush through your check up.
I've known Dr. Jean Murphy for 2 years now, I couldn't be happier with the care I receive for my healthcare. Dr. Murphy knows I have white coat syndrome so he takes the time to remove his lab coat and comes in telling me a joke to put me at ease. Dr. Murphy has been my primary physician for a number of years. Dr. Murphy takes his time with all his patients to be sure to cove all their questions and concerns about their health and plan of care. At times he has run a little behind on appointment times but well worth the wait if he is behind. I would use the patient portal to connect with the doctor or his staff, at times it can be very hard to get someone on the phone.
I'm a new patient who found Dr. Murphy to be exactly what I was looking for. In fact my first contact revealed a serious blood glucose issue that left untreated most likely would have resulted in a coma. Highly recommend this Professional.
