My wife and I have had Dr. Murphy as our dentist for over 20. years. He's extremely professional, skillful and punctual (a rare trait in NYC healthcare facilities!). Dr. Murphy has outstanding integrity (never trying to upsell expensive procedures). And we've found his staff to be unusually friendly and customer-service oriented as well.

I was not happy with the crown that Dr. James Murphy put in over an implant. The crown left me with a painful food pocket. Having the crown remade was not an offer made to me. He sent it back to the place that made the crown to have it extended. After thinking it over, I decided not to have the crown put back in.
