James (Jim) K Murphy is involved in a case involving an illegal DVO separating and alienating me from my three children. He was appointed by the state to protect my children, but he is not. He was provided with evidence that my ex-husband was abusing and harassing me and that he is endangering my children. He did nothing to protect me or them. He is now complicit in the abuse of my children by their father, James Ellingsworth.
Mr. Murphy was very helpful, and always made sure I understood what was going on throughout the process. I would definitely recommend him for any family court issue.
