Low ball offersso insulting. The Filipina agent led me to believe the price I was wanting was very realistic & something they could offer (much less than market value might I add). The guy who came to look at my home, *******, gave me the impression he was just doing his job as minimally as possible & really couldnt have cared less. This company just offered me $30,000 for a property with 2 lots together, water connection, septic, electical hookup, two RV set **** backs to a greenbelt and a small house built in 2022. Two lots, same size, bare land, no water, no septic, no electricity, on the same street, one lot over, sold last year for $48,000. The house one lot over on the other side, about the same size house, on one lot, is going on the market for $189,900. I was completely insulted by this offer. Beware! **** is super shady! I was in one of the mobile homes he bought and after a year of ignoring me he threw me out of my home and still he completely ignored any communication. He is not a people person for sure!
I unfortunately can not recommend Bihlster Enterprises LLC DBA (doing business as) Murphy Home Buyers. Potential Lenders/partners beware of this guy & learn from my experience. I've NEVER had to leave a review like this for one of my borrowers, but at this point I am at a loss of what else to do to get my money back. Murphy Home Builders is top notch. As an investor, I could tell that the Murphy team had not only my best interests at heart but also the home buyers and sellers too. The properties performed exactly like the pitch decks and the team did exactly what they said they would. Men and women of their word and proud to do business with them!
Im always skeptical of these home buying companies but these guys really changed my perspective. Very transparent and honest with me which is the most important thing when making big decisions like selling my home.
