Good luck. Homes are beautiful, however, the builder does not honor the his part of the home warranty. The 1 year walk through and fixing findings are still not done. It was due in August and it’s now January. Reports of being busy and not having anyone or time to fix items. Floors uneven, showers not sealed, cracks from settling - He did not honor his word on fixing these; he did not come when he said he would. Do not use an unprofessional builder that does not honor is word or home warranty.
