I chose Murphy Dental and Implant Center because my wife recommended them for their cleanliness, and I was scheduled with Dr. Jenny Tai. On my first visit, I paid for a cleaning, but it wasn’t completed, and I was told to return two weeks later. When I came back, my scheduled hygienist was out, and no one informed me.
