I just made an appointment with them and I cancelled my appointment, because they want me to do the deep clean and I just want to do the regular clean. I haven't go to see the dentist yet, but they already charged my insurance... Their actions constitute insurance fraud.
I had such a great experience with Dr. Chan! I went in for a teeth cleaning and a filling, and everything was handled so smoothly from start to finish. Dr. Chan was incredibly gentle, patient, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She explained each step clearly, which really helped ease any anxiety I had. The cleaning was thorough but not painful at all, and the filling was done so carefully…it feels completely natural. You can tell she really cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Murphy Dental and Implant Center is a terrific dental office. From the genuine and warm welcoming by the receptionists, to the outstanding hygienist, to the dental assistants, to the doctors, I have nothing but praise. I am new to the area, and after seeing the same dentist for the past 28 years, I am so happy to have found Murphy Dental and Implant Center. Great people. Great advice. Great treatment. Great care. Great place!!!!! Another visit today. I got crowned! Great experience and my mouth is like new.
