Always professional and accommodating.
This was my first visit to the office and it wasn’t a pleasant one. The receptionist and office manager were very nice. But the hygiene assistant was very rude when she spoke to me and my daughter. The dentist my daughter saw that day, Dr.Nayak was very condescending when talking to me about an existing dental condition my daughter had. I had an appointment scheduled for myself the following week but I cancelled it due the experience we had that day.
I had a horrible experience during my visit to Murphy Crossing Dental. The Hygienist was rude and rough when counting my. teeth. She kept poking me with the device used to counting my teeth. I asked her to be a little gentle but she ignored me and kept going. The Dentist was nice. I had a horrible experience with this same hygienist in 2020 and left to somewhere else. I decided to go back this year to see if there’s any improvement but she still the same.
