Everyone was pleasant and professional. It was my first visit so we have many steps yet, but this has started well.

As nice as the orthodontist is, we are now on the third doctor for this one set of braces. She is only in the office one day a week which makes scheduling a logistical nightmare. When they cancel an appointment (has happened multiple times), it takes weeks to get back on the schedule. And when there is an issue, and trust me there will he many, be prepared to first—get the international call center which promises a call back with none, and second— chase down the orthodontist to whatever office she is at 45 minutes away to ho... read more
