I’ve been going for a couple of years now; they try to upsell anything they can without consent and seem more interested in finding cavities and other costly issues without addressing my actual concerns about jaw pain from clenching. After I get my fillings that they said I need, I will be finding another office. Additionally they are a private equity firm and not an independent practice so beware.
End of May 2026 I’ve visited this facility for dental cleaning. Upfront I already paid my copay now I have also received another bill for a service that I never had done.That’s totally unacceptable. I received a bill after my dental cleaning for a fluoride treatment that was supposedly not covered by my insurance. The issue is that I specifically declined the fluoride treatment during my visit. I was extremely nervous about having two teeth extracted, but the team was amazing. Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The procedure was quick, painless, and much easier than I expected. Thank you for taking such great care of me!
I am new patient so for they seem to go over and above my expectations really great experience and teeth was really cleaned by a nice lady .
