I hired this company to remove some unsafe steps that children use daily and replace them with new steps. This was in May. I didn’t hear anything from them for a few months so I called them and they literally said they forgot and it would be a couple weeks. That was in August. I have emailed the owner multiple times with no response. It is now November and we still have unsafe steps.
