This was an amazing experience, and I think the first time I've ever gone from beginning to end without a hitch! Bruce and Audrey at the store and handling the measurement at my condo were professional, knowledgeable and most helpful. I ordered a Murphy Bed (The Library) and two closets. The team that came to install my Murphy Bed and Closets were on time, fast, had an attention to detail and they even cleaned the walnut Murphy bed with an amazing smelling wood cleaner! The sales representative was knowledgeable and pleasant. These beds are not in China but right here in the USA by hand. I don't think you'll regret the investment.

Update: Another company, Murphy Beds and More in Jupiter, helped me out after this review was originally written. I called here to find out if they could recommend someone to reassemble my Murphy bed that I just had moved. The first question was... “did you buy it from us”? I said “no, but I’ll compensate the person to reassemble.” She said she could not recommend someone if I didn’t buy it from here. Why is this? This is certainly not the way to gain new customers!
