Update: Another company, Murphy Beds and More in Jupiter, helped me out after this review was originally written. I called here to find out if they could recommend someone to reassemble my Murphy bed that I just had moved. The first question was... “did you buy it from us”? I said “no, but I’ll compensate the person to reassemble.” She said she could not recommend someone if I didn’t buy it from here. Why is this? This is certainly not the way to gain new customers!

The service is good if you are a new customer. However, if you need something later or have an issue, they aren't interested in getting back to you in as timely of a manner had you been buying something new. I've made about 4 purchases from this group over 7 years for a few different properties. Give them a look - but know that there are probably some other options to consider that value the relationship more. My two cents...
A most Delightful experience. Ronnie is very knowledgeable, was patient and friendly. From sale to installation, which, BTW, was difficult having no square or plumb walls in this condo, the installers did Not give up. I purchsed a second Murphy bed with a desk and cabinets. It, too, is beautiful
