We ordered a bed from here 2 years ago and its wonderful. Super comfortable and folds out over a couch. Great experience - but.....I'm trying to order another one and the website is down / phone line is busy....are they permanently closed? does anyone know how to get in touch with them?
Ordered Murphy bed online. First delivery of bed had badly damaged board. Arranged delivery of replacement board. Second also arrived damaged. After multiple emails, finally responded with offer for free table that I don’t need or want. Now they’ve ghosted me on email. Bed product is good. If there are issues, they’ll leave you hanging.
