I called to get an idea about this company's product. The receptionist had no knowledge of the product and no idea when someone who did would be in. I asked to set up a phone consultation and she said they don't do that. The receptionist put me hold several times to look up the businesses procedures cause she did not know them. I asked to speak with someone else originally but she had said no one else was in.
