I had a great experience at the store, good service and professionalism, and they explain everything clearly.
Dishonest and unprofessional. I went to go pick up my car after having some work done. After coming home, I realized that my oil change light was still on. I called and asked about this since I was charged for an oil change. They insisted that the oil was changed. After some back and forth, the owner talked to the mechanic who was working on my car and the mechanic confirmed that an oil change was NOT done.
