One of the apartments this man owns on1385 Broadway Rensselaer.. I have tested it it is tested positive for Black mold. He knows this and is doing nothing about it at the current time I'm moving my son out
Terrible landlord. Allows his tenants to control his property. Might as well make my downstairs neighbor the landlord !
AJ Murphy is an amazing attorney. He shows people respect and he is vey knowledgeable. As a landlord to my sister for over 10 years and my attorney in the closing of our home, I can tell you that the negative reviews are nonsense.
