I was in Jefferson County and my awning broke from a wind storm. Ashley, Tim and Marshall helped me out. They found what I needed from used parts and got me all fixed up. I recommend them for all your rv needs. Great people there.
Had my cap there three times to fix a leak, and it's still leaking. Nice people, but the ARE caps aren't worth the price.
