Best gym I've had the privilege of training in. It's not the largest gym but the equipment selection is higher quality and more varied than any other gym in Chilliwack. Some days are busy. Maybe once a week the gym was busy enough I had to adjust my training to account for machines in use, but there is almost always effective substitute equipment for whatever machine you are waiting for.
