What a shame!!! I’ve heard wonderful reviews about Dr. Murillo..... but his staff and front desk office supervisor could barely answer the phone, oh and not to mention the lack of english.... Have we forgotten that we are in United States not Cuba!!! I tried scheduling an appointment for the first time as a second opinion and couldn’t even make it through the receptionist( Catalina) horrible manners, and not to mention the office manager, she didn’t even let me speak or asking anything.. first question: what insurance do I h... read more
Dr. Murillo is thoughtful, knowledgeable and caring. It appears he is only in the office once a week which can be problematic. Since he takes time with each patient and listens and answers all your questions you may often wait beyond your scheduled appointment time. But worth the wait.
Forget of asking for an appointment when you are really sick, the staff is NOT helpful at all!!!!!!!
