I get my haircut regularly by one of the gals at the salon who is great and so are the rest of the gals including the owner. So I set my girlfriend up with a pedicure with Terri. Terri had two other clients going at the same time, did zero massage or clean up on her feet. She let her soak in water for way too long while tending to other clients. What is the point of making an appointment if you are not going to provide good customer service. And the pedicure was way overpriced. Will never go back to her again.
