Horrible. Totally unprofessional. Was told "Haven't you ever seen a busy ED ??" What a joke, I come from where there is a huge hospital with a absolutely busy ED and the staff at Murgon couldn't handle 3 people in the waiting room, one of which was just there for a appointment and waited over 3 hours till her carer had to take her home as the carers time had run out, this poor lady was in her 90s !!!!
