Mason and Adam were fantastic! We walked in and Mason took care of us, show the different options. He is very knowledgeable. We bought a Palisade. We will recommend them to any one.
We had a FANTASTIC experience buying a Santa Fe with ALEX CUNNINGHAM, and would give him 10 stars if possible! He went above and beyond to find the perfect fit for us, and even had a toy for our one year old. The finance department was great to work with as well and ALEX, along with their lifetime warranty definitely built brand loyalty for us! One of the best buying experience in any industry.
Great Customer service, friendly atmosphere, the sales rep Mason was super helpful and tried accommodating to tried to answer all questions we had. Did a really great job selling the Palisade.
Very disappointed in service after the sale, they require appointments for oil changes which if they honored the time slots would be a time saving benefit, but they consistently admit they put people ahead and last oil change was nearly two hour wait
