Sam Finianos the owner here is an absolute scam! He stole $$ from us, isn’t licensed. Total scam. Not to mention all of the money we gave him 75k this is what his work looks like. Please beware of this guy and DO NOT USE HIM! We gave him 75k back in February it’s August now. Still no pool or finished yard! SCAM!
