We had an event here last night. We hosted appr. 160 people. Over the past several years, I’ve rented this venue about 3 times. Each time the communication with one of the owners, Maria has been a 3 out of 10. I understand she has a primary job but NOT responding to texts or emails is ridiculous. My first time interacting with her husband was a few days prior to this event. He was very polite (I’ve NEVER felt that way about my interactions with her). I wish all my dealings had been with him.
