We waited for over 30 mins in the room and 30 mins in the lobby. I even arrived early. For being a pediatric office I’m not sure why they would wear masks, it scares children. The staff was very cold and not nurturing. The office staff is even worse no words other than asking for payment. Not inviting and the appointment was a complete waste of time.
Office staff is horrible, building is disgusting, bedside manner is unacceptable, requested medical records they won’t send them, joke of a pediatrician.
