We drove through the lot on a Sunday afternoon. Seen the vehicle we wanted. Called Greg Monday afternoon to see if the vehicle was still available because we live about an hour away. He said he would double check and called me about 5 min later, said it was still there. We drove over, met with Greg and had the vehicle bought in just a couple hours. The slogan "when you walk through our doors, you feel like family" doesn't really work when you won't talk to people who call, put them on multiple holds, and just push them to a virtual assistant. Even after asking the virtual assistant for an agent, it just went to someone's individual voicemail multiple times. When you call to schedule service, an actual person should answer the phone. Best customer service!! No pressure, explain things in detail, personable and friendly!
If you’re looking for a sales guy that is super easy going and great to work with, Chris Baugh is your guy. He was super helpful, not pushy, patient and took great care of us. Highly recommend him. Still recommend Chris but sadly he doesn’t work there anymore. Don’t fall for their trap of buying an extended warranty. They won’t cover anything. We know because they wouldn’t cover our broken window. Don’t buy any extras here! You will not be taken care of!
Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was very kind and helpful.
