We visited last night and I was ready to spend $500 plus but I was being kicked out at 5:59... I had already picked out my boots and had one more pair of jeans to try on... I have worked retail and this is no way to treat a client especially when I let them know I would be real quick.. I will only shop Boot Barn from here on out. The sales associate standing at my dressing room door telling me you're closing in one minute is ridiculous. I understand wanting to go home but this was over the top...
My wife came in to get shots for her kittens and AMCA and Ashley were amazing I appreciate them very much
As an equestrian, I shop at this Murdochs at least twice a month. All of the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. The customer service I received from a young lady, Amelia, was absolutely outstanding! Very polite and kind!
